Alanna G. Morgan has been an associate at Morgan & Bley, Ltd. since 2013, after graduating cum laude from Chicago­-Kent College of Law. She quickly garnered considerable transactional, litigation, and bankruptcy experience at both the trial and appellate level. Now based in New York, she frequently works with restaurant and hospitality industry-based clients across Manhattan and Brooklyn, and is also “of counsel” to a New York City based firm that focuses on employment law.

While in law school, Alanna was named to the Dean’s List and received a CALI Award for the highest grade in her Trial Advocacy course. She realized her passion for commercial law early into her legal career, focusing her coursework on the area and earning a Certificate in Business Law. Alanna graduated from the University of Wisconsin ­Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Legal Studies in 2010. In her free time, she enjoys checking out new restaurants, writing, and pilates.
